   We all scream for ice cream. I’m a huge fan of ice cream and the range of ice cream treats including ice cream sandwiches. Sometimes when I have the time (and craving) I make my own cookies and using good quality ice cream make my own sandwiches. Delish!

   I’m kind of addicted to store-bought ones. It’s like spaghetti sauce: the ingredients have to spend some time getting to know one another.
