Reminds me of a fellow I met a few years ago who wanted to open a roadside restaurant featuring two items: food, and drink. Take it or leave it. Yeah, a lot of those dotcom guys lost a lot of money in VERY creative ways.

I actually really like that idea. You see it a lot in smaller restaurants in southern Europe. Well, not for the drink, but then they usually just offer “wine”. No poncy low-carb/no carb/dairy free/raw food ideas there. Just food. Take it or leave it. I think it’s awesome. People are silly.
