Oh, my, my, my. The mind reels. The shame mounts.

La BellaDonna caught Mr. Henry in a spelling error. "Viscous" is most definitely distinct from "viscose."

She will be invited to take Mr. Henry's former seat at the back of the class with the other smart-alecks.

For some disappointing reason, half of Mr. Henry's story does not appear on my screen - it is as if the photographs were obscuring Mr. Henry's text (which happens regularly. Did I mention the disappointment?) However, I devoutly hope that Mr. Henry's pork turned out to be an inky, gooey, viscous mystery, and not a rayon mystery, which it would be if it were viscose.

But it would explain any culinary difficulties.

Y'know darlin, that only 2 beverages are appropriate with that menu-cold beer or Dr. Pepper

You can freeze leftover pulled pork you know - we do it all the time. Makes for a great burrito or omelet filling. Zip lock bags are perfect.
