Phyllis, the statue stands opposite the main gate to Trinity College. Petting from students and tourists alike have given fair Molly’s bronze breasts a finely patinated sheen. If ever there were sunshine in Dublin, they would sparkle.

There’s a guy in Kerry who runs riding tours. That’s the only way to travel: jumping fences and going cross-country by day, staying at inns and closing the pub down by night. When my ship comes in, it will have a month of that tucked in the cargo hold.
