Cover the prunes in red wine. Any red will do but look for one with good fruit. Add a half cup of sugar per bottle of wine. Throw in half a stick of cinnamon. 

On medium low heat let simmer until prunes get plump. Chill thoroughly.</description>

		<description>Ah, Mr Henry, what a sage (and healthy) man you are!  I&#039;ve always reveled in a sweet for breakfast (made oatmeal-apricot-walnut bars yesterday), especially something involving fruit and yogurt.  Will looks for the prune recipe tomorrow.</description>
